we love the new target accounts feature – but would like to be able to alter the properties for ideal customer profiletiers. but maybe the option of hiding the default ones would be useful –  so you can use a different set of abm account classification conventions (we use key, target, secondary and prospect). ‘ i prefer to use naming conventions that suit my client. i would also like to complete a target products/services field that is dependent on the tier.

so another field that is dependent on tier 1 being selected would then allow us to choose a selection of services that we would like to (up)sell into that account. in the interim, i’ve created a custom multi-select picklist, but i can’t include that field as a filter in the exisitng standard abm dashboard, and there’s no relationship between my field and the abm tier field. i should have also added to currently get around this i have to strip the reports out of hubspot and then place text boxes over them???????????? would be great also to be able to remove tiers or replace them with custom ones, we currently have only 2 tiers but we can’t hide tier 3, even if there is a toggle next to it but it is greyed out. you must be a registered user to add a comment.
